Earthworks and groundworks

Drainage installation
Experienced staff to undertake shallow and deep drainage installation, headwalls, culvert works, ditch works, flood management, re-instatement and repair works, associated temporary works, etc
Concrete works
Provide design mix, supply and place concrete onsite mix and ready mix, concrete testing, Reinforced concrete works, etc
Civil works
Undertake various elements of civil works but not limited to, retaining walls, concrete slabs and bases, RC concrete along with reinforcement, Upstands, Insitu and precast headwalls, kerb installation, footway and pathway installation, road surfacing and pavement works, ducting and catchpit installation, landscaping works, temporary works, etc
District heating
District heating works involve excavating, installation, testing and commissioning of heating pipe that serves several heating networks.
Design
Assist with design process, produce design Form A, Form B and AFC (approved for construction). NR Standard design Form001, 002 & 003. Temporary works design or Form C design. Other design assistance by undertaking enabling works to provide information to the design team.
Project and Site Management
Staff proficient with project management and site management aspect, i.e., knowledge of contract mechanism (NEC Suite, JCT Contract, others), value engineering, commercial management, operations management, quality management, environmental management, health and safety requirement adherence, KPI’s, compliance support, etc
